B Logistics Fulfillment Policy

 

Effective Date: January 1st, 2024

 

Welcome to B Logistics!  Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient fulfillment process for all shipping services.  Please review the following policy to understand how we handle booking processing, shipping, and delivery services.

 

1. Booking Processing

 

  • Bookings are typically processed within 24 hours, if all required documentation is provided by a customer.  No payment is required in advance. 

  • Bookings placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email and/or Whatsapp confirmation message once the Booking is processed and ready for shipment.

  • B Logistics service rates will be invoiced in USD currency.

 

2. Shipping

 

  • Shipping Options: We offer Door to Door, Door to Port, Port to Door and Port to Port service level.  Delivery times vary depending on the selected method.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the origin and destination, type of commodity and service level chosen.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship between the United States and Puerto Rico., domestic only. International service could be provided case by case (not available from all countries).  Certain locations may be excluded due to logistical or regulatory reasons.

 

3. Delivery

 

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on origin, destination, commodity and service level selection.

  • Some delivery options may be excluded depending on commodity size and weight.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

 

4. Booking Tracking

 

  • Once your Booking has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or Whatsapp message to monitor the shipment’s progress.

 

5. Undeliverable Packages

 

  • If a Shipment is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the Shipment, the customer is responsible for any additional fees associated with re-shipping the Booking.

 

6. Cancellations and Modifications

 

  • Bookings can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided the Booking has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our B Logistics customer service team at service@blogisticspr.com.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

 

  • Shipments must be insured based on commodity value to be able to get full claim amount payment.  In case of no insurance requested at the time of booking, B Logistics will not be responsible for any damage and the limited liability amount of one hundred dollars in case of any damage occurred during the possession of the commodity by B Logistics will apply.

  • If your Booking arrives damaged or items are missing, a claim report needs to be done before shipments gates out of the destination port.  Please contact us immediately to provide B Logistics with the preliminary claim report with supporting shipment documentation (booking and/or bill of lading), including pictures (all sides of commodity, damaged areas and serial commodity number).  An estimated from a trusted source will be required to process customer claim.

  • We will review the claim, submit the official claim report to the insurance company and provide a resolution within 30 to 60 days, such as the claim payment check or the discovery of the investigation into if damages were identified by the time B Logistics takes possession of the commodity. 

 

 

8. Returns and Refunds

 

  • No returns or refunds are allowed after B Logistics takes possession of the commodity for shipment.
